Deposit Policy
Booking deposits secure your slot and are adjusted against the final invoice.
Client Cancellation
Cancellations made 72+ hours before session are eligible for full deposit carry-forward or refund (minus payment gateway charges).
Cancellations within 72 hours may attract a retention fee up to 50% of deposit.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is allowed subject to slot availability if requested at least 48 hours before session time.
No-show Policy
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in full deposit forfeiture.
Naad-Initiated Cancellation
If Naad Studio cancels due to operational reasons, clients receive a full refund or priority rebooking option.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment source.
